Kate + Eight...and others

Over the summer I worked for Snow College Upward Bound. It was the BEST jobI have ever had and it was so much fun!! The kids I worked with were great!! The worst part is that I never see any of them anymore...so over the weekend we had a reunion!! I was in charge of eight girls so we called ourselves Kate + Eight! McKell was
adorable and made me this cute decoration to always remember us!! Not like I could forget. We ate dinner at Roy's and then we went and saw the move Mega Mind. It was a great movie!! I was bummed cause some of my favorite people weren't able to come and I missed them!! But here are a few pictures of some people that were able to come!!

Week of Epicness

So last week was basically the BEST week ever. It started October 23 and continued to be epic until October 31! Friday and Saturday were just really late movie nights, because we have those often, and of course Pizza Friday. Then on Sunday we were having a mini Office marathon and Nessa decided cupcakes sounded good...so what did we do?? You guessed it! We made

cupcakes at 12:30 am!!

It was sooo fun! The next day that was really EPIC was Thursday. I had to work until 8:30, but when I got home the girls, aka Lynessafinefer Bonquiqui, had some great plans. Jenny made a delicious lemon cake and then we made a mattress slide. We took three of our m

attresses and put them on the stairs and just slid down them! It was GREAT!!

When we got tired from climbing up the slide, we decided it was time to move on with the agenda. Next came building a fort! I think

we are still children at heart cause it was lots of fun. When the fort was made, we watched "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire", but I was so tired, I don't think I saw very much of it. When the movie was over, we were too tired to go upstairs, so we ended up sleeping in our fort...well except Jenny. She slept in my bed cause her mattress was in

the fort.

After not getting any sleep, we were the walking dead on Friday! But it was all worth it! Friday was just another late movie night...as you can tell, we really do need to learn how to go to sleep! Saturday was the grande finale. Saturday = the HOWL!! What is the HOWL?? Only the biggest Halloween party in Utah. It consisted of adorable cosutmes, an epic dance, and WE THE KINGS!! Basically it was awesome. There were about 7,000 people and it was so

crowded at the concert Frenny and Nessa got trampled. The concert got over about 1 am and then we walked home. We were so tired and it was so late, we probably looked like we were drunk out of our minds, but don't worry we weren't!!

So that was our week of Epicness!! It was so much fun!! And I don't know how we will top it!!

Roomies!

So basically I have the BEST roomies in the entire world!! They are the greatest and we have so much fun, well at least most of us. They are Jenessa, Jenny, Annie, Alessandra, and Raechel...oh and Megan cause she basically lives with us but doesn't. I don't even know where to start with our adventures...The first week of school was basically awesome! This basically sums up the first few weeks(if you have questions, just ask?): Aggie Ice Cream, Iron Man 2, Grey's Anatomy marathons, 80's dance, football games, cookie whores, black light dance, taco Tuesday's, movies, and super late nights! We also kinda started a tradition of Pizza Friday! Pizza Friday is great cause we make DELICIOUS homemade pizza and the boys from C2 and my friend Jake usually come over...a movie is usually involved as well. It is something we look forward to every week! My roommates and I have not really learned how to go to bed at a decent hour...especially Jenessa and I. I think we can count on two hands the number of times we have gone to bed before 1 AM!! We are crazy, but it is so fun!! We also can't go to church without candy...it really makes church sooo much better! So needless to say we have treat bags every week at church and it is great! My roomies are great!! We have so much fun!

I gave in...

I finally gave in to all the people telling me I should write a blog...I know I can't believe I did it either! So a little bit about me: I am a student at Utah State! Go Aggies! I am having so much fun here in Logan. I thought I had fun at Snow College, but was nothing like the fun I have up here! In another post I will tell you about all the adventures my roommates and I have had! But anyways my family is from Ogden. My dad, Brent, is a principal and my mom, Suzanne, is a 2nd grade teacher. I have 1 younger sister, Sadie, and 5 little brothers, Tanner, Colton, Braydon, Colin, and Sage. I love my family! They are the best!! Well that's a little bit about me for now!
