Fruit Pizza

One night Whitney made us make fruit pizza!!It was delicious!!! I mean just look at how good it looks!!!
You can be jealous it's ok...don't worry though she didn't make it all by herself, she made us all help! But it was definitely worth it cause it was sooo yummy!

Happy Birthday Jenny!

Over the Christmas break, it was Jenny's birthday!! Since we weren't all together, we didn't really get to celebrate...so what did we do? You guessed it...had a PARTY! It wasn't anything really big...just a few of our favorite things...Skakookies, Daiquiries, a movie, and fun people! We even tried to decorate, but it didn't really work very well...but it's the thought that counts right? Happy Birthday Jenny! Hope you had a great one!! We LOVE you!!

He's A Missionary

My Little Big Brother is all grown up! On January 5 Tanner entered the MTC! He is going to the Mexico Villahermosa Mission! He is going to be one awesome missionary and I am soooo PROUD of him!! I thought I would be a more emotional than I was, but I think the worst part of it was the setting apart the night before. But on Wednesday as we headed down to the MTC, we met Cathy, Julia, and AnnaMarie, for lunch in Alpine. Then we continued on to Provo. Of course we went up to the Temple to take a few last pictures and then we went to the drop off. At the MTC there are 25 "drop off" stations. We were at 18. It was really cool cause one of Tanner's friends from High School met him at the curb. Nobody lies when they tell you that you basically just stop and let your missionary out...we all got out of the car and gave Tanner one last hug before we said Goodbye...we really were there for like 5 minutes! It was crazy! It was really awesome to see Tanner go on his mission!! He will be awesome!!!

Jazz Game

So I am still playing catch up! On New Years Day me and my little brother Sage wanted to go to the Jazz game while everyone else in our family went to a movie. So we started making plans and I invited Jake to go withus. When everyone realized how much FUN we were going to have they wanted to come with us. So in the end my mom and Tanner and his girlfriend Nicole ended up coming with us too. We grabbed some dinner at the Gateway and then headed over to the game. We were there for like an hour before the game so that Sage could get some autographs. He was able to get Raja Bell's autograph and we did get to kinda meet Matt Harpring. That night the Jazz were playing the Memphis Grizzlies. Since we ended up having so many people come to the game, none of us really sat together. We had 3 sets of 2 seats. It was a lot of fun though! I hadn't been to a Jazz game in sooooo long! Luckily the Jazz won! It was really super fun!!

Fun With Guns

On MLK Day, since we didn't have school, we went to my house to shoot guns and ride the 4-wheeler, cause Jenessa had NEVER done either! It was fun we just shot in my backyard...then went for a 4-wheeler ride. It was a good stress reliever day!!

Roommate Christmas Eve/Christmas!

What is better than Christmas Eve and Christmas? You guessed it Roommate Christmas Eve and Christmas! We are not talking about just exchanging presents...oh no it was like real Christmas came a week early!! It started on Friday, the last day of Finals. We went to dinner at our FAVORITE restaurant...Tandori Oven...the best Indian food! It was the perfect start to our evening. Then we went and saw the movie Burlesque...so AMAZING...it is our new favorite movie, and we can't wait to watch it over and over and over again...we loved it so much we bought the soundtrack when we got home! When we got home, we were allowed to open 1 present...they were Christmas jammies...made by Jenny!! Now we all get to match! Guess what happened next...SANTA came!!!! Santa came and took pictures with us and he even filled our stockings because we are such good girls!! If you couldn't guess Santa was played by Jake. He sure did a good job! Although we did catch him drinking on the job with our new friend Twinkle Star...made by Jenessa. After Santa left, we were good girls and went to bed. But we weren't asleep for long before we woke up at 6:15 to open presents!!! We woke up so early because Megs had to get home to go to a dance competition. However after all the presents were opened we went back to bed to get a little bit more sleep. We had so much fun and plan to make this a tradition...we already know how we are going to make it better for next year!! I can't wait!

Chinese Food

I know I am a slacker, but I am really going to try and be better...so this post is about making Chinese food during Finals week. As every college student knows, FINALS are so not fun. So last semester during Finals week Jake suggested we should try and make our own Chinese food to blow off some stress and take a break from studying. We went to the store and bought all the ingredients and went back to my apartment to create our Chinese food masterpiece. We made Sweet and Sour pork and then of course we had to have fried rice. Basically it was so delicious! It was a lot of fun...and really good!
